SUBJECT: "Interim Report" based on findings of research into the Chemtrails Aerial Phenomenon.

INTRODUCTION
Research and investigation of an unknown aerial event(s) described as chemical and biological spraying from aircraft from the stratosphere to 100 feet or less above the Earth's surface. These aerial sprays by military jet and turboprop aircraft are suspected to cause various environmental and human health impacts.

"Mission Enterprise" - a project........- and the Native American Institute have requested a "Summary of Findings" to date of a "Chemtrails" phenomenon first reported in the mid-1960s but significantly increased in scope and intensity since November, 1999.

In early 1998, callers to the Ted Gunderson Intelligence Report on WWCI - a short-wave station out of the southern US - complained about unusually thick and persistent contrails left behind passing aircraft. One caller, a former airline pilot, believed that toxic chemicals were being mixed into commercial jet fuel and unknowingly spread by passenger flights. Other callers indicated that their fruit trees would be covered in a slightly viscous substance after these strange aircraft had "fumigated" the area - usually at night. Similar instances of affected gardens and crops are being reported following low and mid-level spraying across the United States.

This undeclared aerial assault continues to observed in many parts of the world, including North America, Central America, England, Europe, the Antipodes and the Middle East. Chemtrails have been reported only over nations friendly to the United States.

This "Interim Report" is not intended to be an exhaustive examination of this activity. A "Conclusions of Findings" will be issued upon retrieval of samples and Chemical/Biological analyses.

The document is intended to verify or refute numerous hypotheses surrounding the purpose and/or agenda of the Group, Nation or Culture responsible for this activity.

Mission Goals: Charter a dedicated atmospheric-sampling aircraft to undertake an aerial retrieval of chemtrail plumes at mid- to high altitudes for the purpose of independent, government-certified laboratory analysis. Among other chemical and biological constituents, we will be looking for JP-8 jet fuel residues at higher than normal exhaust concentrations, Ethylene Dibromide, silica and carbon compounds used in weather and atmospheric modification - as well as various pathogens, including specified pseudomonas bacteria and toxic fungi found in samples of low level spraying.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
There has been positive identification of possibly three concurrent aerial spraying activities, which may be related. The following background material comes from individual and collaborative efforts, as well as eye-witness field observations, media and book references, satellite data and other sources:

1. Above 30,000 ft. (upper stratospheres): Visual observation from field observers in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Sweden, Australia and other countries have reported aircraft spraying voluminous white plumes that expand laterally until forming a hazy or overcast condition.

This spraying by unmarked and usually all-white KC-10 and KC-130 tanker planes could be linked to extensively-studied attempts to mitigate global warming and/or catastrophic ozone depletion.

Awarded to Hughes Aircraft in 1990, US Patent 5003186 for "Welsbach Seeding" claims that Welsbach materials containing thorium and oxides of metals capable of reflecting near-infrared heat into space could be dispersed behind high-flying aircraft into Greenhouse Gas Layers at stratospheric altitudes. Recommended by scientists as imminent as Freeman Dyson and Dr. Edward Teller, this aerial spray programs will impact our shared environment as patented particles of 1 to 10 microns fall back to the surface. Artificial particulates of this size are classified PM-1 PM10 high densities, and are considered by the US Environmental Protection Agency as "a human health concern" if inhaled. Thorium and various oxides cited in atmospheric modification patents are proven or "suspect" carcinogens.

The MOH hardness of some suspected spray components - such as silicon carbide, aluminum oxide and other refractory materials are very high. These extremely abrasive compounds could degrade the control surfaces and mechanisms of aircraft repeatedly exposed to these grit-plumes, possibly resulting in critical in-flight failures.

Patent searches reveal no Environmental Impact Studies (EIS), Risk Assessments Analyses (RAA) or other studies undertaken in Epidemiology and human health of these aerial spray experiments. In fact, the primary use of thorium is the manufacture of nuclear fuel rods powering the super-hot "cores" of nuclear reactors.

Our principal concern is to identify chemtrail components and purpose, as well as the agencies responsible for the spraying - and to hold said individuals and agencies accountable to applicable federal laws.

2. 20,000 ft. to Stratosphere: numerous Aerial activities have been identified at this altitude including (but not limited to) Weather Modification and emergency ozone remediation.

Weather modification has long been carried out over the US and counties in the Southern Hemisphere. Numerous technical reviews describe ongoing efforts to mitigate drought and replenish reservoirs for irrigation and electricity generation. Using silver halide or iodide to accrete atmospheric moisture into precipitation has been practiced over the United States since the early 1940's. At least 48 states are currently licensing "cloud seeding."

Other weather modification references describe using ethylene dibromide for cloud-seeding. The risk to humans and other living creatures repeatedly exposed to EDB is profound. An extremely potent pesticide, EDB is one of the most tightly controlled EPA substances. Its use as a pesticide was banned under an unusual emergency order by the EPA in 1983 due to its extreme carcinogenicity. EDB attacks the liver, lungs, and skin, causing liver damage as well as lung and skin cancer. Exposure to this toxic chemical may lead to cancer, liver and kidney damage, pulmonary edema, damage to a developing fetus and reproductive organs of both men and women. EDB is a carcinogen and a mutagen that may also cause eye and skin irritation, cardiopulmonary arrest, and binds to DNA.

"Safety profile: Confirmed carcinogen...Experimental teratogenic and reproductive effects. Human mutation data reported. A severe skin and eye irritant. An experimental eye irritant. Implicated in worker sterility." Hazardous Chemicals Desk Reference Richard J. Lewis, Sr. Second edition, 1991: The EPA's Hazardous Materials List devotes seven pages to ethylene dibromide. Under "Hazard Summary" it reads: "Ethylene dibromide is a carcinogen and must be handled with extreme caution. It may damage the developing fetus, and the male and female reproductive system. It is used as a fumigant." A poison nerve gas offshoot, ethylene dibromide is a "hazardous substance" regulated by the OSHA. Its known hazards are also cited by ACGIH, NIOH, the Dept. of Transportation, IARC, the DEP, the EPA, the CAG, and the NTP.

Aqua Tech Environmental Labs of Ohio tested a sample of JP8 taken from a commercial jet in California in 1997. Lab test number MEL 97-1140 found "51 toxic substances related to fuel - including: Benzene, Carbon Tetrachloride, Chloromethane, Dichloromethane, Dichlorodiflouro- methane, 1,1 and 1,2 Dichloroehtane, Ethylbenzene, Styrene, Toluene, and 1,2 Dibromethane (EDB)."

These findings were not reassuring. According to Dr. Hulda Clark, author of The Cure for all Diseases: "Solvents are compounds that dissolve things. The solvent that does the most harm is benzene. It goes to the thymus, ruins our immune system, and causes Auto Immune Deficiency. The solvent, xylene and toluene are common brain solvents always seen in MS cases. Evidently the solvent accumulate first in the motor and sensory regions of the brain, inviting the parasites to these locations."

An official Air Force study on "The Effects of Chronic JP8 Jet Fuel Exposure on the Lungs and Secondary Organs" by the University of Arizona at Tucson found that "that exposure to only 7 days of JP8 jet fuel for one hour/day at a concentration of 500 mg per cubic meter can produce lung injuries."

Proctor and Hugh's Chemical Hazards of the Workplace Third Edition, 1991, states that: "Ethylene dibromide is a severe mucus membrane, eye and skin irritant. It causes liver and kidney damage and is carcinogenic in experimental animals." According to this definitive text on workplace hazards: "Accidental use" of JP8 results in "general weakness, vomiting, diarrhea, chest pains, coughing, shortness of breath, cardiac insufficiency and uterine hemorrhaging."

Following death within 44 hours, autopsies found: "upper respiratory tract irritation, swelling of the pulmonary and lymph glands, advanced deterioration of the heart, liver and kidneys, and hemorrhages in the respiratory tract." JP8 also depresses the central nervous system. In 1991, US military and commercial jet fuel had been changed from JP4 to JP8. Injection of ethylene dibromide into the atmosphere also reacts with atmospheric ozone, forming chemical compounds that further rend and deplete Spaceship Earth's protective ozone shielding.

A recent call by Brussels for "Global Emergency Action" urged intensive study of ongoing ozone hole expansion. An International Task Force comprised of French, European and United States NOAA and NASA agencies will actively continue research into the causes of an additional 6% decrease in ozone levels identified over Northern Europe during the past two years. This increasing decline is in addition to a 22% decline in solar radiation shielding over these same regions during the past decade. Because the atmosphere in northern latitudes moves from west to east in a 140-200 mph "jetstream," chemicals sprayed into the stratosphere over the US will impact the entire Northern Hemisphere. Already at epidemic levels following decades of dangerously high ozone layer depletion, human skin cancers and cataracts are certain to increase if ozone-destroying chemicals such as EDB are sprayed into the upper atmosphere.

Field observations from across the United States and Canada's west coast have reported sightings of prismatic bars of color in chemtrail plumes, suggesting the presence of petroleum or other chemical products.

Samples of gel-like material have also been collected in the wake of aerial spraying taking place at or near rooftop level. The pathogenic molds and bacilli found in these materials do not suggest weather or atmospheric modification.

Chemtrail sample analysis and research by William Thomas, Erminia Cassani, Dr. Garth Nicolson, Joseph Puleo and Len Horrowitz point to a possible fungal link to Chemtrail-Related Illness and the current pandemic.

Mysterious sky gel is no stranger to the populace of Oakville, Washington (population 665). In the fall of 1994, this extensively televised sky-goop covered a 20 square mile area on at least three occasions within a six-week period. Local resident Maurice Gobeil told an Unexplained Mysteries TV host, "I got sick, my wife got sick, my daughter got sick and everybody that lived here got sick." Beverly Roberts confirmed: "Everybody in the whole town came down with something like the flu, only it was a really hard flu that lasted from seven weeks to two or three months." Officer David Lacey was on patrol with a civilian friend at 3 am when the sticky downpour began. "We turned our windshield wipers on, and it just started smearing to the point where we could almost not see," Lacy said. "We both looked at each other and we said 'gee this isn't right'. We're out in the middle of nowhere, basically, and where did this come from?" Pulling into a gas station, officer Lacey pulled on a pair of latex gloves to clean his windshield. Lacey: "The substance was very mushy, almost like if you had jello in your hand." Within hours, Lacey was in hospital unable to breathe. The gel also fell on Dotty Hearn's porch. She started feeling dizzy. Everything started moving around and she started throwing up. An hour later her daughter and son came home and found Dotty sprawled on the bathroom floor. After a three-day stint in hospital, she was diagnosed with a severe inner ear infection. The Washington State Public Health Department found human white blood cells, Pseudomonas Flourescens bacteria and Enterobacter Cloacae. in a sample scraped from Dotty Hearn's porch. PF can cause a severe ear infection.

Another goo sample taken in Fairfield, California on Thanksgiving of that year was found to contain Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. An opportunistic pathogen that can infect the respiratory tract, resulting in a thick mucous, this particular pseudomonas is associated with pneumonia, Staph and bronchitis. Its primary focus of infection is the lungs. PA can lead to ear infections, muscle and joint pain, upper respiratory problems, gastrointestinal symptoms, eye infections and meningitis - the exact symptoms being reported by eye-witnesses to the spraying. Supposedly banned as a biowarfare simulant after being sprayed over San Francisco by the US Navy in 1950 (with many injuries and at least one immediate fatality), Serratia marscesens was found in a sample of sky-gel that fell in Idaho in March, 1999. Tests done in 1998 and 1999 by government-licensed laboratories on cobweb-like filaments, gel-like material, carbon-laden rain water, and a red powder dropped by aircraft over Washington, California, Oklahoma, Idaho, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Espanola, Ontario have identified:

Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Pseudomonas Fluorescens, Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens, Streptomyces, Enterobacter cloacae, Serratia marcescens, human white blood cells, and other bacilli and molds capable of producing heart disease and meningitis, as well as acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal distress found in Chemtrail-Related Illness. After my colleague, health researcher Erminia Cassani, brought in samples of a brown gel-like material obtained from an aluminum-sided home thoroughly splattered by a plane neighbors watched nearly hit the roof, the surprised director of an EPA-licensed lab wanted to know where we had obtained this "probable biohazard material." Normally taking three or four days to grow in a Petri dish, Cassani's bacteria-laden sample "flowered" less than 48 hours after being cultured. Stating that "it was all over the plate," the lab staff said they had never seen anything grow this quickly. A similar gel sample obtained one year earlier in Pennsylvania and analyzed by the same lab matched our first sample's "Top 3" pathogens. Skeptical of the link between this airborne fallout and reported illnesses, Cassani herself soon fell victim in May, 1999 when she was stricken with a serious upper respiratory infection, swollen lymph glands, sore throat, and general "flu-like" symptoms, 24 hours after being outdoors beneath what she described as a "huge, vertical river" of suspect chemtrail.

The Top 3 bacteria:
1) Pseudomonas fluorescens - causes bad infections in humans. DoD CBW patent arsenal includes 163 patents using Pseudomonas Fluorescens. There are considerable inventions using polymers in conjunction with Pseudomonas Fluorescens with multiple applications. Pseudomonas can use substances such as toluene, camphor, and hydrocarbons of petroleum as primary and energy sources. JP8 is perfect!

2) Bacillus [Amyloliquefaciens] is a restricted substance used in biowar materials to clone genetic material and create "viral genomes". Most Internet sites will not allow access to info about it. Erminia searched for one of the bacteria - and all three appeared in the result of the search. This bacillus contained a restriction enzyme called BamHI. A "restriction enzyme" splits the DNA strand in cloning genetic material. When asked BamHI's primary use, a microbiologist told us: "Its main use would be in a research lab."

3) Streptomyces. A strange finding. Strep and Psuedomonas are quite frequently seen together.

Also found: a chemical marker from a distant coral reef that would immediately identify this sample under blacklight. A sample of gel-like material dropped by an airplane over an aluminum-sided home in Pennsylvania one year previously was sent to Cassani and tested by the same lab. This sample also contained living bacteria and toxic molds:

Bacteria:
1. Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens. This bacteria overloaded the samples.
2. Turicella otitidis. The second most predominant bacteria causes a painful middle ear infection. (Nasty, hurts)

Fungus/Molds: (Each can cause upper respiratory infection.)
1. Streptomyces
2. Rhizomucor
3. Penicillin
4. Black yeast

On Oct. 16, 1997, a professor of microbiology tested a sample of the "angel Hair" fallout collected after spraying in Salisaw, Oklahoma. Dr. Greg Hanford was also present in a California community college laboratory when a series of tests on this "unusually big" bacteria confirmed the presence of enterobacterace belonging to the same family as E. coli, salmonella, anthrax and chagella. The mystified microbiologists could not identify the species of baccilis under their microscope.

Another sample of "angel hair goop" taken in Fairfield, California after heavy aerial spraying was found by a college microbiology lab to contain Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Both tests are inconclusive. "We can't really nail this stuff down," a frustrated Greg Hanford told Thomas. "Since it was collected off the ground, hell, it could be background material off the soil." Pseudomonas is a very common bacteria found on dirt and in food. Pseudomonas Aeruginosa is extremely resistant to antibiotics - another characteristic of Chemtrail-Related Illness.

Serratia Marscsens infection is also manifest as a pneumonia, but can involve the upper respiratory tract. In a 1950 experiment to determine how susceptible an American city would be to biological attack, the U.S. Navy sprayed a cloud of a Sarratia marscesens bacteria throughout San Francisco in order to test the extent of infection. Many residents become ill with pneumonia-like symptoms. Some died. In the 1970s, Serratia marcescens was officially taken out of service by the U.S. military as a biowarfare simulant. But it turned up again in a lab-tested sample of "angel hair" sprayed by aircraft over Idaho in March, 1999.

Chemist and botanist Bruce Tanio's list of symptoms is familiar to anyone stricken with CRI: "Depression, anxiety, sudden mood swings, lack of concentration, drowsiness, fatigue, insomnia, poor memory, headaches, and light headedness." Also: "Abdominal pain, gas and bloating, indigestion, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, gastritis." Also: "Swelling and pain of muscles and/or joints." Tanio's litany of symptoms all describe fungal-induced illness. As previously noted, sick-making molds and fungi are among the "Top Three" components of the "gel" and "red dust" samples collected and lab tested after being sprayed by low-flying aircraft over suburbs in the US and Espanola, Ontario.

In PROBING THE CHEMTRAILS CONUNDRUM, chemtrails investigator William Thomas stated that the causative agent behind most of the Chemtrail-Related Illness flooding hospitals over the past two years - including acute asthma and allergies, joint pain, headaches, bloody noses, fatigue and depression is most likely fungal infection. According to the December, 1999 Idaho Observer: "Last year, north Idaho naturopaths determined that the upper respiratory infections that would drag on for months were not viral or bacterial but were fungal."

In a recent survey among 179 patients reportedly suffering from chemtrail-related illness, naturopathic Dr. Joseph Puleo found that 22% had been to a hospital Emergency Room, 34% exhibited rashes and sores, half or more had experienced disorientation and suffered from stiff neck and gastro-intestinal problems, 72% had a sore throat and 78% reported severe headaches, 81% complained of congestion. Almost everyone surveyed experienced short-term memory loss and difficulty in concentrating. Fully 99% were found to have fungus in their blood. As previously noted, fungi have been found in many chemtrail samples.

In Biblical Codes For A Biological Apocalypse, Dr. Len Horrowitz and Dr. Joseph Puleo point out, "As fungi grow in the body, their fermentation products further acidify blood and tissues, further taxing the immune system and leaving people more susceptible to opportunistic infections and even certain cancers." Fungus can also "morph" into bacterial infections. Puleo has found that low fluctuating body temperatures among "those with the first horrible cough" - 95.6, 96.8, 97.4, 97.6 - encourages the formation of bacterial crystal chains as fungal infections flip to bacterial states.

Another pathogen requiring specialized detection equipment and techniques is the mycoplasma. Few laboratories are equipped to test for a bacteria-like pathogen one-tenth the size of normal bacteria. This ultimate stealth weapon was modified and patented by Dr. Shyh-Ching Lo of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology for use in vaccines. The patent awarded on Sept. 7, 1993 for the invention of "pathogenic mycoplasma" linked Mycoplasma Fermentans with such common chemtrail complaints as pneumonia, chronic fatigue, respiratory distress and lupus.

Extensively tested since the mid-1970s by America and other bioweaponeers - living mycoplasmas accidentally delivered in anthrax shots given to Desert Storm soldiers were shown by renowned microbiologists Garth and Nancy Nicolson to be the infections agent behind sexually transmissible Gulf War Syndrome.

Today, rates of mycoplasma infection - including pneumonia variants - are rising steeply across the U.S. Garth Nicolson has documented how experimental mycoplasma inoculations among Huntsville prison inmates desperate to earn a little extra cash resulted in the deaths of at least 42 people, mostly from ALS and "unknown" diseases. At least 231 nearby Hunstville residents were stricken with CFIDS, MS, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Cancer, Meningitis and Epstein-Barr - the same symptoms reported by Gulf War veterans and chemtrail spray victims. According to Nicolson, 'Mycoplasmal infections are airborne, so it could be delivered by aerosol. In fact, in the Texas prison system before the Gulf War, M. fermentans (plus the envelope gene) was being tested in an aerosol. I can tell you that the experiments must have been successful from the number of inmates and prison guards in these selected prison units that came down sick, and many subsequently died."

Professor Colman Salloway, who teaches epidemiology at the University of New Hampshire, was surprised to learn that during last winter's "flu" epidemic, the university had been treating the problems symptomatically and that no cultures had been taken to test for the Type A Sydney influenza said to be afflicting students. Salloway says the on-campus illnesses are more likely mycoplasma. "The symptoms of the mycoplasma are similar to that of the Type A Sydney; they both cause upper respiratory infection and fever. The difference between them is that the mycoplasma leaves a cough that can last up to four weeks. The influenza is a five to seven day disease."

There is at this time no laboratory evidence that mycoplasmas are being spread by chemtrail spraying. But Pleo and Horrowitz note how dormant fungus can be "aised from the dead" by exposing it to ultraviolet light. Could fungal spores sprayed from high-flying jets be activated by increased UV at those altitudes, turning them into a mycotoxin?

There is plenty of pattern and precedent for air-delivered biowarfare materials on the American people. Two US Congressional investigations in 1977 and 1994 documented the deliberate spraying of pathogenic materials over hundreds of American cities and communities since 1948. The purpose of these tests was to track the dispersion of biowarfare "simulants" by making unsuspecting citizens ill enough to seek medical attention. While ostensibly "non-lethal" these undisclosed attacks by the US military on its own countrymen, women and children resulted in fatalities. Similar attacks were carried out over Canada and England using specially equipped spray planes and ships standing close inshore of major cities.

Yet no Environmental Impact or human health studies have yet been done to assess the safety of these aerial sprays. Such spraying may also be a violation of the 1974 Environmental Modification Convention, signed by the United States. The spraying of sick-making pathogens and/or chemicals is a clear violation of the Nuremberg Convention to subject humans to medical experiments without their informed consent.

Benzene is classified as a "known human carcinogen." Leukemia and other blood cancers have been directly associated with benzene exposure. If they are indeed currently taking place, clandestine attempts at ozone remediation by spraying benzene and related hydrocarbons into the upper atmosphere must be terminated immediately.

HAARP could be another component of the aerial spraying. The High-Altitude Active Auroral Research Project is a joint US Navy and Air Force effort to heat and move portions of Earth's ionosphere for the stated purposes of disrupting an adversary's communications, identifying underground bunkers and missile silos and altering the weather for tactical and strategic advantage. The HAARP installation at Gakon, Alaska is the most powerful RF (Radio Frequency) "atmospheric heater" ever activated. Sister-arrays in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Germany and Antarctica can be also be activated remotely to enhance and interact with HAARP.

Transmitting massive, tightly-focused pulses of radiated energy into the Ionosphere is causes massive rips in the ozone layer as atmospheric moisture is heated the third atom of oxygen - 03 or ozone - is depleted. Ionospheric heating using narrowly beamed RF energy could be causing "radar rings" and similar anomalies around ground-based radar facilities - photographed by satellites. TOM's (Total Ozone Mapping) satellite imagery clearly show a "whiteout" absence of stratospheric ozone over the Pacific Northwest region of North America. We suspect that HAARP transmissions may be involved in this drastically increased ozone depletion.

3. LOW ALTITUDES: 2,000 ft. to surface. This area of observed chemtrails spraying could be more accurately described as "BioTrails" because of the pathogenic molds and bacteria identified in laboratory analysis.

Now in its second year, a pandemic of "Influenza-Like Illness" (ILI) exactly correlates by date and location reports of increased chemtrail spray activity. As of late February, 2000, the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia was reporting that at most only half of all lab-tested admissions to hospital for acute upper-respiratory symptoms were found to be suffering from influenza. In many parts of the USA, confirmed cases of "flu" remained in the 15% to 35% range, while ILI was reported at consistent "epidemic levels". The CDC ascribed the remaining bulk of acute symptoms to an "unknown pathogen."

In Phoenix and other cities across the US and UK, mortalities - primarily among the elderly - are reportedly recently increased by 250% per day. At the same time, government and corporate exhortations to vaccinate the general populace for flu, pneumonia, migraines and other symptoms of chemtrail-related illness (CRI) continue to be hyped by the mass media. Toll-free phone numbers inviting Americans to take part in special medical studies continue to be broadcast. Only later are callers told that they must first qualify for these studies by having contracted specific symptoms within a specified time frame within a certain radius of exposure.

Samples of "cobweb"-like spray material, "red dust" emitted by C-130 aircraft at low level over populated areas, and polymer-like gel material also sprayed by aircraft at low altitudes over the western, central and eastern United States have been found to contain "cocktails" of pathogenic materials. "Intent-to-infect" can be inferred from the numbers of people who have handled these substances, only to be stricken soon afterward by lung disease, heart problems and life-threatening pneumonia.

The elderly - long considered to be "useless eaters" and a "burden" on society by the founders and funders of eugenics in early 20th century America - continue to be the hardest hit by chemtrail fallout. As elderly moralities continue to rise above epidemic levels, various US congressional offices are taking interest in chemtrail spraying reported by their constituencies.

Genetically engineered Influenza-Like Illness has long been favored as a biological weapons because of its extreme contagiousness and "masking" by natural flu viruses. It is also well-known that influenza-like ailments can be lethal to the elderly, and to other immune-compromised individuals deemed a financial liability to governments increasingly concerned with corporate profits - and aging populations.

There is as yet no laboratory analysis to support the contention that the aerial spray is meant as a mass inoculation against biological attack. When an adversary can alter the genetic coding of a bioweapon virtually overnight, there is no mass antidote to biowarfare agents. Nor can wiping out the immune systems of susceptible individuals exposed to chemtrail spraying be deemed a protection against further immune insult from biological attack.

While aerial inoculation is conspicuously absent among DARPA's "Unconventional Pathogens Counter measures," Dr. Baker has also patented a BCTP composition of water, Soya bean oil, tri-n-butyl phosphate and Triton X-100 at the U. of Michigan. When this surfactant is sprayed at low level over areas of anthrax or other bio-attacks, the BCTP seals the cell walls of pathogens, exploding these microbes on contact - without harming humans. Dr. Baker's office insists that no aerial dispensing of BCTP has been carried out over human populations. In any case, mid- to high-altitude spraying of BCTP would be useless as a biological warfare countermeasure due to the extreme dilution of such widespread dispersion.

On the other hand, microorganisms smaller than a pinhead could cover a wide area if sprayed from tens of thousands of feet. Infection by just a few pathogenic microbes could replicate explosively in susceptible blood streams.

Even BCTP can be a human health hazard if sprayed at low altitudes. Mike Castle points out that a constituent compound called tri-n-butyl phosphate is a choline-esterase inhibitor identical to organo-phosphates used in chemical warfare nerve agents" such as VX nerve gas. Choline-esterase is an enzyme allowing neurotransmitters to "fire" at each nerve junction synapse. The Gulf War showed that chronic exposure to low levels choline-esterase inhibitors leads to severe Central Nervous System disorders, including uncontrollable palsies, extreme lethargy, short term memory loss - and even death.

CLOSING
The Chemtrails aerial spraying currently taking place over the US, Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe and the Middle East have so far evaded public notification and consent. No Environmental Impact or human health assessments have been published on the "fallout" from an aerial phenomenon observed by tens of thousands of Americans and ignored by the media said to report the "news."

It appears that individuals and agencies sanctioned by the US and international governments are carrying out a large-scale covert mission resulting in the inadvertent or deliberate poisoning of countless constituents. Since it is now widely known that alarming and abnormal "spikes" in hospital Emergency Room admissions for acute upper-respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms coincide exactly with reports of "heavy spray days" over these same locations, it can only be inferred that continued spraying to the detriment and risk of human and animal lives is pre-meditated and deliberate.

With so many grave social and environmental threats now upon us, transparency and cooperation are our only redemption. Secret operations against our peoples and our planet have no place in the new millennium. On behalf of the First People and all who have come after these aboriginal nations to inhabit these great lands, our task force makes a plea for funding in order to obtain and analyze sample directly from the chemtrail plumes. Only then will the chemtrails enigma be scientifically verified or refuted - and those responsible called to public account.

Who is William Thomas?
