Once saved always saved is a serious man-made lie but people like to hang onto that so they can rationalize everything they do and say. I have listened to many people talk about their near death experiences and what I have found is confirmation. The Bible says that getting into Heaven is very narrow. Though most people believe in God and think they are going to Heaven, many will be left behind after the rapture. Preachers and church goers will be left behind crying "...but I was in church every Sunday...I worked every church social...I was a volunteer for...but I was the preacher of..." and maybe only then will the understanding of "relationship" truly be learned.

Few people today even believe that they can talk to God or hear Him. People have no discernment of spirits so they are easily led astray and when trying to explain any of this to people, they think that one is off their rocker. People follow their friends instead of following what they know is right or what they learn from the Bible. People tend to not read their Bible - they are taught only through their preacher and whatever their preacher says is the true word, they think. People make no initiative to read and learn from God on their own. And when trouble strikes, people rely on their friends instead of God to help them through. A Christian cannot possibly survive the end times without a personal relationship with God and the gift of discernment. It all comes down to all of us being alone with God - one-on-one.
