How naive it is to get wrapped up in a televangelist and assume what they believe. DO NOT ASSUME that just because they are on TBN or another religious network that they believe what you believe. Be wise and find out what they truly believe.

I will never again have any faith or trust in any preacher. I do not personally know any who are real men of God anymore. So many are adulterers, fornicators, bisexuals, liars, thieves, murderers, while they pay off the law and the media to keep their garbage silent.

When my grandfather was living people were always stopping by and spending time with my grandparents. Not so they could discuss ballgames, or celebrities, or to gossip about church members or towns people, or movies or television. No, they discussed and studied the WORD OF GOD. I must say this is one of the most prominent aspects that I find missing among today's preachers whom I have spent any amount of time around. Today's preachers love and strive for the things of this world. The Word of God tells us to seek the things of God, NOT the world (1 John 2:15Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.1 John 2 verse 15).
I believe this is THE KEY behind the blindness in today's preachers. The spirit of antichrist already lives inside them. They play the "religious" role on the outside, but on the inside are full of dead men's bones (Matthew 23:27Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead [men's] bones, and of all uncleanness.Matthew 23 verse 27).

It was the "religious" leaders in Jesus' day who called Jesus a liar, evil and a heretic, then they nailed Him to a cross.
Today we are seeing false prophets and teachers sowing destructive heresies within the body of Christ. These heretics are denying the Lord that bought them by His blood. They have no idea the destruction they're bringing on their followers. These WOLVES RUN IN PACKS and they WANT YOUR MONEY! They spin off one book after another and they like to use their books and other versions of the Bible as a "standard" when nothing else should ever be used as a standard in our lives except the KJV.
People who cause divisions because they refuse to accept the truths from the Bible we are told to stay away from such people (Mark 16:17And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues.Mark 16 verse 17). Genuine Christian people AND PREACHERS will be open to discussion over scripture. Those who try to shut you up, ostracize you for attempting discussion, or eliminate you from their church order are not of God. Here is a good list to follow 7 Marks of a False Teacher.

Religious non-profits are a "PROTECTED RACKET," says CNN. How true that is! I finally learned just how "protected" it really is. "Protected" in multiple ways all because of a title of 'preacher' which has absolutely no meaning for most of these people who use the title. These televangelists disrespect the title. It's like the story of the police chief who turns out to be a killer but no one ever suspects because good golly the man is the chief of police.
It hurts deeply to trust and believe in a preacher, to confide in them, and then to have them betray you with lies, gossip, and false accusations. This news clip from CNN is so excellent. Would Jesus throw people out of church because He did not want them there and then have them arrested if they did not leave? Did Jesus pick out the friends He wanted to be included in His 'clique' and only those people could attend His services?
No, Jesus did not! Jesus did not spend His time hanging around famous people just to try to make Himself look good either. You have to be real ignorant of the Bible to believe that all the activities these televangelists do are Christlike. The preachers committing these abominations should be so severely ashamed of themselves and crying for repentance and mercy from God. People who continue following such charlatans after hearing the truth then deserve to be lied to.
In the mean time Christians from around the world are gathering in convention centers in Jerusalem and singing their songs, having well known dynamic speakers to entertain them, dancing with their banners and in general getting blessed. I think we can safely call them the "Bless Me Club." But don't misunderstand me, I am happy they come to Israel for their great spiritual experience. Israel needs more to come and I encourage them too. Hopefully they leave Israel with a sense of what is happening here. But I can’t see how they could, as they certainly are not exposed to any truths on the ground. I am asked often to come and speak to this or that group and I always decline. For the God I worship is real and doing things in a real world with real people. For me, Christianity is not an escape from reality but a way to serve others with the truth from the real God.
